Common questions
I didn't get my sign-in code
The code goes to the mobile number on your patient record. If you changed numbers, or if you are not sure which number we have, call the front desk — we can check and update it while you are on the line. Codes can take a minute to arrive; check your phone's message filtering too.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Open the app, tap the appointment on the home screen, then Reschedule or Cancel appointment. If a day shows no times, that day is full — pick another, or call us and we will find something.
How do I stop the text messages?
In the app, go to Settings and turn off marketing SMS or email. Appointment reminders are care messages and are not affected by that setting — if you want those stopped too, call the front desk.
My treatment package balance looks wrong
The balance updates when the front desk records a visit, which may happen after you leave. If it still looks wrong the next day, call us with the date of your visit.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Without the app, use our account deletion page. As a licensed California healthcare provider, TCMHUB is required by law to retain your medical record separately.

收不到登入驗證碼
驗證碼會發到您建檔時留的手機號碼。若您換過號碼，或不確定我們留的是哪一支，請致電櫃檯——我們可以在電話中為您確認並更新。驗證碼可能需要一分鐘才送達，也請檢查手機的簡訊過濾設定。
如何改期或取消預約？
開啟 App，點首頁上的預約，選改期或取消預約。若某天顯示沒有時段，代表當天已滿——請改選其他日期，或致電我們協助安排。
如何停止簡訊？
在 App 的設定中關閉行銷簡訊或行銷 Email。到診提醒屬照護訊息，不受此設定影響；若連提醒也要停止，請致電櫃檯。
療程套票餘額看起來不對
餘額在櫃檯登錄該次就診後才更新，可能在您離開後才完成。若隔天仍然不對，請致電我們並告知就診日期。
如何刪除帳號？
在 App 中選設定 → 刪除帳號。若手機上已無 App，請使用帳號刪除頁。病歷依加州法規由診所另行保留。
